Research Interests
Synthesis of metal clusters, metal and metal oxide colloids using solution-based
methodology, with focus on control over morphology and chemical structure. Study of
bio-molecule functionalized nanoparticles of metals and metal oxides as building
blocks in hierarchical self-assembly. Use of nanoparticles as catalysts in
fabrication of nanostructured materials and chemical catalytic processes under
mild conditions.
