Chris Bumby is an applied materials physicist whose diverse research interests have ranged from semiconductor device physics and the chemical synthesis of nanocrystals, through to prototype superconducting machines. Born and raised in England, Chris completed his DPhil. in Condensed Matter Physics at the University of Oxford in 2005.
