The Science Executive committee meets every three months, and provides a vital sounding board and source of guidance for the Co-Directors and Deputy Directors.
The Science Executive committee's activities include quarterly reporting by the Co-Directors and Deputy Directors on the Institute's areas of impact, reports from the Research Programme Leaders and MESA Co-Chairs. The committee reviews internal funding proposals, Associate Investigator applications, as well as processes for future commercialisation and outreach activities and strategic engagement.
This committee comprises the Co-Directors, the Deputy Directors, Research Programme leaders, elected Principal Investigator (PI) and Associate Investigator (AI) representatives, a Māori Research representative and the Co-Chairs of MESA, and all Institute professional staff.
See the Science Executive page for a list of current members.
