Our class sets of hydrogen, solar and wind powered kits (including toy cars for races) and kits to make dye-sensitised solar cells have been a big success so far.
The kits support the Institute's kaupapa of materials for sustainability and also reduce the workload of individual Investigators in planning and resource gathering for outreach activities.
They have been used widely by Deputy Directors Associate Professor Anna Garden, Professor Pauline Harris and Strategic Manager Māori Kirsty Doyle, as well as other Investigators.
