Industrial toxin recycling startup attracts international investors

unnamedChristchurch-based waste recycling tech company Zincovery has raised just over $1 million in a seed round to help commercialise a product that will reduce environmental toxins created by the galvanising industry.

The capital raise attracted attention from notable overseas individuals and local angel investors.

Zincovery is the brainchild of University of Canterbury Associate Professor of Engineering Aaron Marshall and process engineering student Jonathan Ring.
