RNZ Nights' Element of the Week

Periodic Table Of Elements 20162019 marks the 150th anniversary since Dmitry Mendeleev discovered the Periodic System.

To celebrate the International Year of the Periodic Table, we have partnered with RNZ's Nights to bring you 'Element of the Week.'

Every Friday night this year a MacDiarmid Institute researcher will discuss the chemistry, history and current uses of an element with host Bryan Crump.
